Restaurants

 A pot pourrie of cultures, it is only fitting that Karol Bagh should offer the best in Indian cuisine from the punjabi favourite - finger licking Punjabi Butter Chicken to that evergreen southern delight -   mouth slurping piping hot sambar vada, idlis and dosas.  Gujarati, Kashmiri, Oriya or Bengali - regional cuisine is readily available and well represented- from all corners of our fantastic country.

Karol Bagh may not have the reputation of being a gourmand's delight, but the gourmet would find himself satisfied with the range in food and in prices. Karol Bagh runs riot with colours from the fruits and vegetables on display.  The pavement vendors are legion out here and the food is really good.   Period.  As for the restaurants, they are'nt touristy and arty except for a chosen few.  Good food and comfortable prices are what really counts out here.   Tourists would be well advised to try out everything that they could lay their hands on - the foodie in them would definitely cry out for more !!!

A few of the better restaurants do deserve a mention out here...and we've done our best to see that a fair proportion of regional cuisine has found its place...but then a few of our own favourites may have also crept in...!!!
